The Government of India has prescribed to begin the Swarn Reservation (10% Aarakshan) policy for Upper Class poor candidates from 1 February
2019. After becoming a law Swarn Reservation Bill in all Central
Government Job, Higher Education Institutes, Schools shall be applicable
from 01/02/2019. The newly implemented 10% Reservation Bill to cover
the General Categories Economically Backwards and begin from 1 Feb 2019.
Central Government has lined up the eligibility criteria for Swarn
Reservation & via press released enlisted the Documents required,
eligibility norms as given below. In State Government Jobs , States’
criteria in selecting eligible candidates and Documents required are
going to be prescribed.
Swarn Aarakshan in Government Jobs from 1st February
The Economically Backward Swarn Aarakshan (Ten Percent Reservation)
General Categories Scheme 2019 is going to be implemented from 1st
February 2019. As per new Reservation norms Modi led NDA Government
after passing Swarn Aarakshan bill in Rajaya Sabha and getting approval
from President has made law for Upper Class Reservation rule 2019. As
per communique from 01-02-2019 Reservation will be applicable in all
Central & State Government policies including in Jobs, Schools &
Other sectors including Higher Education, Training etc. States are
being provided the frame to soon implement the General Categories Poor
Reservation 10% policy soon by finalizing eligibility norms.
Based on new changements the total reservation from 1st February 2019
will increase from 49.5% to 59.5%. And this Swarn Reservation rule will
not affect Reserved Categories Reservation which is running at present
